The Platform obtains the information you provide when you register/subscribe for the Services or products. When you
register with us, you provide us the following information your name, age, email address, location, phone number;
transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use
Applications from us; information you provide us when you contact us for help; information you enter into our system
when using the Application/Services/products; the information obtained through GPS or other means, such as the

Vroomy collects information about you and your use of the Platform, and the devices used by you to access the
Platform including; your activity on the platform, which would include your search history, your search inputs, pages
viewed on the Platform, statistics on page views and the URLs with time stamps; device information including your IP
address, and identifiers such as browser setting type, operating system, network information and device type settings
including but not limited to crash reports, system activity, the date, time and referral URL of your request.
In case any individual under the age of 18 years of age is utilizing the Platform, such usage will be undertaken only
with the strict supervision and approval of a parent or a legal guardian or any other person having parental

our Services, products and benefits, as they are considered an essential part of the Services/products you have

process; to enforce applicable terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof; when we believe in good
faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud,

work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the Information we disclose to them and have agreed to
adhere to the terms set forth in this Policy; to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of the
Platform/ Vroomy or its users or the public as required or permitted by law; with third-party service providers in order
to personalize the Platform/Services/products for a better user experience and to perform behavioral analysis. We
may share Information upon the merger or acquisition of Vroomy with another company. We shall transmit and
transfer the Information upon acquisition or merger of Vroomy with another company.
We follow a strict confidentiality policy with regard to the disclosure of confidential information to our employees or
other personnel. There may be situations where we may disclose the confidential information only to those of our
employees and other personnel on a need to know basis. Any breach of confidential information by the employees,
personnel within the Company is dealt with stringently by us.

the Vroomy shall include but shall not be limited to the curated courses material designed and published by the
Vroomy and provided to you for delivering the Services to you.
No Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted,
transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written permission from the Company, and nothing on the
Platform or Services shall be or products deemed to confer a license of or any other right, interest or title to or in any
of the intellectual property rights belonging to the Company, to you.
Vroomy shall at all times retain full and complete title to the information, content or materials and all Proprietary
Information provided by the Company on any medium.
Certain contents on the Platform may belong to third parties. Such contents have been reproduced after taking prior
consent from said party and all rights relating to such content will remain with such third party. Further, you recognize
and acknowledge that the ownership of all trademarks, copyright, logos, service marks and other intellectual property
owned by any third party shall continue to vest with such party and you are not permitted to use the same without the
consent of the respective third party.
Your use of our products, Platform and Services is solely for your personal use. Any use of the Platform, Services or
products or their contents other than for personal purposes is prohibited. Your use of our Platform or Services does
not constitute any right or license for you to use our service marks or trademarks without the prior written permission
of Vroomy. Your personal and non-commercial use of this Platform, products and/or our Services shall be subjected
to the following restrictions.

modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer,
or sell any information or software obtained from the Website, or remove any copyright, trademark registration, or
other proprietary notices from the contents of the Website /Services/Products.
You will not (a) use our Platform and/or any of our product/s or Service/s for any unauthorized commercial purposes
of any kind, or (b) advertise or sell any products, Services or domain names or otherwise (whether or not for profit), or
solicit others (including, without limitation, solicitations for contributions or donations) or use any public forum for
commercial purposes of any kind, or (c) use the Platform/our products and Services in any way that is unlawful, or
harms Vroomy or any other person or entity as determined by Vroomy.
No User shall be permitted to perform any of the following prohibited activities while availing our Services: making
available any content that is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar,
obscene, child-pornographic, lewd, lascivious, profane, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or
otherwise objectionable; stalking, intimidating and/or harassing another and/or inciting other to commit violence;
transmitting material that encourages anyone to commit a criminal offence, that results in civil liability or otherwise
breaches any relevant laws, regulations or code of practice; interfering with any other person's use or enjoyment of
the Platform/Services; making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the
permission of the owner, committing any act that amounts to the infringement of intellectual property or making
available any material that infringes any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of anyone else; make
available any content or material that you do not have a right to make available under any law or contractual or
fiduciary relationship, unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents for such
use of the content; impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a
person or entity; post, transmit or make available any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, spyware,
time bombs, cancellous, or other computer programming routines, code, files or such other programs that may harm
the services, interests or rights of other users or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or
telecommunications, or that may harvest or collect any data or personal information about other Users without their
consent; access or use the Platform/Services/Products in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or
impair any of the Platform’s servers or the networks connected to any of the servers on which the Website is hosted;

withdraw/add contents at any time without notice. Neither Vroomy nor any third parties provide any warranty or
guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials
found or offered on Platform/Services/products for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information
and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or
errors to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
In the event of a breach of the Policy, you shall be liable to pay liquidated damages along with costs of recovery of
the damages to the Company. You shall be further liable to compensate Vroomy for the losses incurred by Vroomy
due to the breach of Policy by you.
Vroomy shall be entitled to immediately suspend/terminate the Services being provided to you if any of the terms of
the Policy is breached by you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Vroomy, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and
against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not
limited to attorney’s fees) arising from breach of any of the terms of the Policy.
In no event shall Vroomy, its officers, directors, employees, partners or agents be liable to you or any third party for
any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of
use, data or profits or any other claim arising out, of or in connection with, your use of, or access to the Platform.
Notice: All notices served by the Company shall be provided via email to your account or as a general notification on

Entire Agreement: This Policy and any other guidelines made applicable to the Platform/Services from time to time
constitute the entire agreement between Vroomy and you with respect to your access to or use of the Platform and
the Services thereof.
Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer your obligations under the Policy or any right granted
hereunder to any third party. Vroomy’s rights under the Policy are freely transferable by Vroomy to any third parties
without the requirement of seeking your consent.
Severability: If for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms, or portion thereof,
to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the
intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Policy shall continue in full force and
effect.
Waiver: Any failure by Vroomy to enforce or exercise any provision of the Policy, or any related right, shall not
constitute a waiver by Vroomy of that provision or right. Vroomy provides the Policy so that you are aware of the
terms that apply to your use of the Platform and Services. You acknowledge that, Vroomy has given you a
reasonable opportunity to review this Policy and that you have agreed to them.
Dispute Resolution: This Policy and any obligation arising from and in connection with this Policy shall be governed
by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute or difference relating to any of the matters set out in this Policy, and
the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all disputes relating to this Policy.
